Boost Conversion in Online Booking

Online booking for medspas

Conversion of traffic is our strongest indicator that the new booking engine is working well. Conversion of traffic coming into our booking engine instantly went up and is continuously improving.”

— CFO, multi-national, service-based retailer

One of our favorite customers just shared their conversion metrics with us after deploying DayBack in their online booking flow. Bookings are up (thanks to some new marketing), and conversions are way up.

This is a rich deployment that calculates service time for multiple procedures, with some requiring additional practitioners to step in and assist. Practitioner availability and credentials are stored in an HR system outside of Salesforce. DayBack queries HR at the same time, it’s pulling procedure metrics and conflicting appointments for each location from Salesforce.

We worked closely with their web team to embed DayBack’s availability displays inside their new booking flow.

They have been using DayBack in their clinics for over a year, dialing in the requirements for their more complex procedures. With all the stores bought in, deploying a public version of the same engine went really well.

Boost conversion in online booking and in your call center

Rely on the same booking logic online, in your call center, and in-clinic.

Deploying DayBack’s availability logic in all three places means appointments are of the same quality whether they are booked by your call center or by a busy practitioner scheduling a followup at the end of their shift.
