Implementation Packages
SeedCode is the services arm of DayBack, and we offer implementation packages in 5-hour blocks at USD $231/hour for customizations, screen shares, calls & emails, and project planning.
Packages can be used for anything from coaching to development – whatever you need to get up and running and make the most of your Salesforce deployment. Packages come in five, ten, or twenty-hour blocks and are purchased in advance.

When the objective is a new customer portal, an extensive integration, or a full workflow overhaul, details often emerge only after development begins. Frequently, solutions like this can’t be completely described upfront, let alone estimated, so the work is a mixture of research, prototyping, and iterative development. Since we can’t give an upfront fixed price, we work in short, clearly budgeted sprints so you can steer priorities as the solution takes shape, ensuring our team never outruns their understanding of your requirements.

So, we don’t head off into the desert for three months and return having built the wrong thing. Instead, we build software in a series of short sprints that deliver working revisions to your app at the end of each sprint.

Why Small Deliveries Work
You validate what we’re doing each week as it’s done. This prevents us from outrunning our understanding of your project. Together, we’ll set a budget for each sprint (say 40 hours over 3 weeks) so you’ll know how much you’re spending and you can decide on each sprint’s priorities. You get the important stuff done first, and we don’t spend time refining items you’d rather not pay for, or things you can do yourself.
Deliver Every Week or Two
Each delivery comes with a short video of what we’ve accomplished (so it’s easy for even non-technical people to review our work) and a statement of how much of your implementation package is remaining. We’ll generally meet once a week to discuss the last delivery and confirm your priorities for what’s next.
