DayBack is designed to be customized: we believe it’s vital for folks to get in there, get their hands dirty, and make changes themselves. This way, you truly own the app and aren’t afraid to modify it in the future.
If you’re a hands-on person, diving into our documentation and a few emails with us may be all you need. Otherwise, you can purchase an implementation package for help, coaching, or having us do integrations and mods for you.
It all starts with purchasing a block of time. You can use that for anything from coaching to custom development: whatever you need to get up and running and make the most of your scheduling app. Use packages for:
- adding new calendars or custom objects
- customizing the integration of DayBack with your existing apps
- adding your workflow to the calendar with custom actions
- needs analysis
- coaching (helping you learn to customize DayBack)
How It Works
Packages come in five, ten, or twenty-hour blocks at $220/hr USD and are purchased in advance.
Once you have a package, we’ll get to work on your highest priority items, delivering the work as it’s done–usually in small chunks so you can validate the work as we go. We’ll include a video of the work we’ve done so you can see it in action. And with each delivery, we’ll send an update of how many hours remain in your package.
Since we’re working in small chunks, you can change priorities any time, knowing that what’s done so far is validated and up and running in production (or in a sandbox if you prefer).
With an implementation package, you can get in there and make changes knowing we’ve got your back and that you’ll get deployed on time. (If your project is time-sensitive, please give us a ring as we can’t always schedule implementations immediately.)
