How does pricing work?
DayBack is sold per user–and users aren’t necessarily everyone in your company, just those people who need access to the DayBack interface. Pricing starts at $96 per user/ per year and drops with more than 20 users: contact us for pricing tiers. Users can share read only calendars with as many folks as they’d like.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as instant payment methods for monthly and annual subscriptions. Customers in the United States may also elect to by by ACH transfer. For yearly subscriptions of more than $2,000 USD we can arrange to invoice you annually; subscriptions won’t begin or resume until payment is received. Please get in touch for details.
Are there discounts available to nonprofits?
Yes, we offer discounts to nonprofits! Please get in touch to set that up.

Can I purchase implementation help?
Yes! Customizing DayBack is well documented and we encourage you to dig in. But if you need help we do offer implementation packages.
How can I add more users?
You can add or remove users at any from the Users & Billing tab in DayBack’s admin settings. Learn more here: Adding, Inviting, and Removing Users.
Where is the license agreement?

My team wants to stop using DayBack; how do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time. Your original receipt included a link to manage your account and you can use that link to change your billing method and/or to cancel your subscription. If you can’t find your original invoices, just let us know and we’ll email you another with the link on it.

We do not offer refunds.

Special editions for FileMaker
Get started with DayBack for FileMaker by downloading our .fmp12 example and integrate it with your other FileMaker files, either linking or embedding it.

Purchasing DayBack for Salesforce
DayBack for Salesforce is sold from within the Salesforce AppExchange so that it can be seamlessly added to the other apps and pages in your org.
To purchase DayBack, visit us on the Salesforce App Exchange and log into the org where your DayBack trial is installed. You’ll then see a “Buy Now” button on the DayBack listing along with options to subscribe monthly–in case you’d like to play with DayBack a bit more before purchasing a yearly subscription. (No buy button? Then you haven’t installed a trial in this org yet: click “Get it now” to get started.)
