How does pricing work?
DayBack is sold per user–and users aren’t necessarily everyone in your company, just those people who need access to the DayBack interface. Your resources can include things that aren’t people–trucks, rooms, or business processes: you don’t need licenses for each of those either.
Volume pricing and site licenses are available for larger organizations: please contact us for a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as instant payment methods for monthly and annual subscriptions. We can arrange invoices for annual enterprise orders that meet a minimum amount. Invoices may be paid by check or wire. Please get in touch for more information.
Are there discounts available for non-profits?
Yes! We offer discounts to nonprofits! Please get in touch to set that up.
Do you have pricing for read-only or casual users?
We can offer custom pricing like this to companies on Enterprise plans on a case-by-case basis. We often do this for customers with semi-public calendars for event registration, appointment booking, etc. Please get in touch for details.
Customers on the Plus plan can share read-only schedules with folks outside of their DayBack group. Recipients of these shared bookmarks do not need a license. Learn more about sharing here: Publish and Share Your Schedule.
What is high-touch support?
You can reach out any time for support, either by phone, email, or using the chat widget embedded in the admin configuration side of DayBack. Many of the things you may ask about will be documented and often include example code and suggestions for customizing the app on your own. If we can answer questions by suggesting alternatives or pointing you towards examples in the documentation, that is all done at no charge.
And if you get stuck with a customization you’re undertaking, we can often review your work and help get you unstuck. Again that’s usually at no charge as long as we don’t have to write code for you. If we do need to write code, we’re also available to make customizations for you as part of implementation packages for DayBack.
Packages can be used for consulting, coaching, or modifications and start at blocks of 5 hrs for $220/hr: https://dayback.com/implementation-packages/ An implementation package may include one or more deliveries of new features. Each delivery will be accompanied by a short video explaining what we’ve done (so that you can eventually extend it on your own). Delivering work in small chunks like this ensures we don’t outrun our understanding of your needs. Each delivery will also include how many hours remain on your package.
Implementation package hours do not expire and can be used for anything you may need help with. As an additional consideration, having some time on the books allows us to be responsive to any urgent needs you have, giving you the peace of mind that you can reach out for help as you need it.
Are there any limitations in your free trial?
No. The trial is a fully functional instance of the Plus plan with no limitations.
DayBack for Salesforce – how to start a free trial
Start your trial of DayBack by visiting our listing in the Salesforce AppExchange. Click “Get it Now” to install a trial into a sandbox or production org. Once you’re ready to purchase, get in touch to convert your trial to a monthly or yearly subscription. Just let us know how many users you’d like to get started.
DayBack for Claris FileMaker – how to start a free trial
Get started with DayBack for FileMaker by downloading our .fmp12 example and integrating it with your other FileMaker files, either linking or embedding it. That will start your 30-day trial. You’ll then convert that to a purchase from inside your FileMaker app on the Users & Billing tab of DayBack’s admin settings (If you have an older version of DayBack for FileMaker (DayBack Classic), you can upgrade to the new DayBack at a discount. Details are here: upgrading DayBack for FileMaker.
Can I change plans once I’m using DayBack?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade plans any time during a monthly or yearly subscription. Any new features will be available right away, and any features you no longer have access to will be withdrawn. Please get in touch so we can move your team to a new plan. When upgrading, the prorated upgrade amount will be charged right away; downgrades will be credited to your account and applied as your subscription renews.
Note that downgrading to the Essentials plan will erase any calendar URLs you’ve shared as public bookmarks.

My team wants to stop using DayBack– how do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time.
Salesforce admins should contact us to cancel or pause your subscription.
Deployments outside of Salesforce can manage your account from the Users & Billing tab of DayBack’s admin settings, or simply get in touch, and we can help. Alternately, your original receipt included a link to manage your account, and you can use that link to change your billing method or cancel your subscription.
If you can’t find those settings or your original invoices, just let us know, and we’ll email you a link to manage your subscription.
