Greg Devine, of Manukau Road Consulting, has built an amazing scheduling system for the New Zealand Aids Foundation (NZAF). Contacts schedule tests at dozens of locations and the Greg’s Salesforce deployment coordinates the clinic visits, consulting, and followups.
Greg’s written a five-star review of DayBack on the Salesforce App Exchange, describing how it’s helped bring his vision for NZAF together.
He uses DayBack to show staff the status of appointments so they can drag and reschedule things, kicking off new notification and approval processes.
Greg has automated all the scheduling tasks at the foundation, including the management of no-shows and rescheduling, using a host of Salesforce features alongside DayBack: including FormAssembly and the new Salesforce Process Builder. It’s really an amazing deployment and we hope to be able to show you some screenshots from it in soon.
If you’re curious about how far you can take dates, events, and automation in Salesforce, reach out to Greg: he has a lot of experience here.[1]
“Key is the drag and drop interface of DayBack that that lets a user drag an appointment to a different counsellor, a different time, or a different location…” – Greg Devine
