Get Control of Your Time – Interview

DayBack’s John Sindelar joins Josh Freeman to talk about time, calendars, and working from home.

You have to be selfish to get your work done. Artists know this.

If you have a doctor’s appointment and someone calls and asks for 5 minutes of your time, you’re fine saying, “I can’t: I have a doctor’s appointment.”

We have a societal consensus that it’s ok to defend the time you’re going to spend with the doctor. We need to give ourselves that same permission to defend time to do our work… and to step away from work.
